Luxurious living experiences
“We want to show both parents and children the importance of creativity, beauty, aesthetics and comfort, and conjure up an atmosphere that makes the whole family feel happy from the moment they arrive”,
Florian Mayer, Hotel Manager
Even a Kinderhotel can have excellent aesthetics. This was one of our goals when designing the Dachsteinkönig Hotel, and since then, we have created a first-class family paradise with 105 family suites and 12 family chalets, all fitted out with natural materials and a whole host of family-friendly details. All rooms have an extra room for the children, there are no small single or double rooms.
105 family suites
All suites have a combined living room and bedroom for parents, a separate room for children with bunk beds, a small fridge, a Nespresso machine and a Bioteaque tea station.
Our 12 chalets (single and double) offer plenty of luxury for both young and old. Each chalet, up to 157m2 in size, contains several bedrooms and children’s rooms, large bathrooms, a fireplace and a private sauna (exact size, layout and furnishings vary according to the type of chalet). Kitchenettes consist of a fridge, microwave, 2-plate electric hob, sink and a small range of basic kitchen utensils. The chalets are located as a separate chalet village in the garden. They are not connected to the main hotel. In the hotel there are dressing rooms for the chalet guests.
A good night’s sleep
Our bunk beds are 2 metres long and 80 centimetres wide, with a child-safe guard rail to prevent children from falling out. Adult beds (double beds) are very spacious at 2.1 metres long (excluding the foot end) and 2 metres wide. High-quality mattresses are provided as standard, as well as daily cleaning of your room and daily change of linen and towels if requested. Cots are available from housekeeping on request and free of charge.
